HEARTBEATS by Lady Yudy: INNOCENT POACHING

Lisa was a happy young lady engaged to be married to Kunle, her fiancé of 5 years. She was deeply in love and couldn’t be more excited. There was only on little cloud on her clear sky. Kunle was yet to actually fix a wedding date or to even show her where he actually lived.

Anytime she complained he would tell her not to worry, that he was working things out. Even her friends had lost faith in him and urged her to forget about and break up with him. But she hung in there and continued with the relationship as she felt she still loved him and didn’t want her years of waiting for him to be in vain.
But everything came crashing down one fateful day.

They had gone out to an eatery to hang out and she was about to start eating when an irate screaming lady rushed into the place and began to beat her. And to make things worse, Kunle himself jumped up and ran out of the place. It turned out that the lady was actually his wife and she had followed them there on a tip off by friends. That explained why Kunle had never let her come to his house.

The whole ‘engagement’ was a scam. He never actually planned to marry her at all. He only held out the promise of marriage as a means to having free access her physically. Indeed she had performed not less than 5 abortions for him in the course of the relationship. And it all came to an end with his wife beating her so badly that she had to be hospitalized for weeks. She never saw him again. And all her frantic calls to his cell phone went unanswered.

 Ladies are hereby advised to put more effort into finding out important details about their man and should be less carried away by emotions. And if a man refuses to be forthright with you and chooses to keep you in the dark, it’s better to let him go and get on with your life. Do all you can to ensure you do not innocently and inadvertently poach on another woman’s property.
