Treeze has been nothing short of affable writing phenomenon for over a decade, composing true life stories which are materialized in his songs or plays. He has written over 100 songs with some already produced as specified above. He has also written some plays like ROMANCE IN THE CEMETERY, VALE OF INVISIBLE TEARS etc. In all his writings, a deep part of him is reflected, still making his story lines some thing any body can relate with.
His masterful fusion writing and singing has garnered him a class collection of songs than any other upcoming artist in Nigeria as he journeys through the establishment of stardom. Starting music professionally years back, he was caught by the love of R&B and hip hop which he delivers in his own style, accommodating both the home standard as well as making his acts internationally appreciable.
His first single, wadamo was aired by Ray power 100.5 fm in 2005. Ever since then, his presence in the music industry has come to stay, gracing shows, street jams, and competitions. His presence in the Nigerian music industry was launched to the media on the 10th of Oct. 2006 with a media launch/press briefing at the prestigious Ojez, National stadium Lagos –Nigeria, organized by Ghetto Music, his maiden record management, with whom he was to release his first album titled, Recognition. In 2007, Treeze started a tour from Lagos to the South South Nigeria to promote the said album with the Ghetto music crew, during which they visited Calabar and the neighboring states.
As his relationship with Ghetto music lasts, the release of his debut album was aborted due to a collapse in management efficiency and active existence. Treeze how ever did not let this discourage him as he is currently packaging a come back album with his personal production team, KeL Concepts. Spearheading his current project is an evident of his determination not to disappoint the anticipation of his musical works by so many who are enjoying his singles, released on all mobile networks as caller/ringback tunes. His singles, Wadamo, Ojulopesi and Jezebel have also been in several mixtapes which were released on the internet by Nigerian international DJs.
His efforts attracted the attention and support of some international management firms like 110 west Ent., Juvtek beats, Maryland USA who produced his monster hit single, Jezebel and Your love is wicked (Jezebel prt. 2) in which he featured Konga & 2tu, aka Coqdee. Treeze has also enjoyed a good relationship with the likes of Big Bull Ent. UK, QK Records, Atlanta, USA, Ade Radio, and KBJOJO international promotions, UK. He has shared stage with international acts like Bennie man, Destinies child, Akon, as well as Nigerian artists. Treeze was one of the artists who performed at the MTN fan park in Lagos, during the 2010 world cup finals.
The acclaimed love swagger master is almost set to dish out his love songs infested album which is likely to be titled Love swagger, having previously suggested to be named, Ruff N Cool, or Matter of time due its long time coming nature. The most anticipated album is expected to contain thought provoking love and reality related songs, as well as club bangers.
