While writing the name of the movie, I almost wrote Kamara
Treeze, lol! Well well, it is titled “Kamara tree”. It is a brand new one, 2013
confirmed. A collaboration of Nollywood and Ghollywood, shot in free town,
Sierra Leon with Sierra Leonean stars. Executive producer is also a Sierra Leonean
actor, Morris K Sesay, based in the USA; Directed by Desmond Elliot.
“SYNOPSIS”
Kamara’s Tree is the tale of a family which “after
many years of not all being under the same roof, the family of extremely
diverse characters gather in Freetown, Sierra Leone to celebrate the
wedding of their eccentric kid sister. Secrets and an uninvited guests
threaten the day, as the family is thrown into a chaos.”
Another movie you should watch out for is STREETS OF
CALABAR; by Charlse Aniagolu, staring Rita Dominic and host of new
introduction.
